Rachel has a strong background in accountancy that focused on business analysis and reporting – and using all technological tools available to ensure this information is accessible to the right people at the right time.

After working as a Salesforce Admin/Superuser for several clients, Rachel has taken this knowledge into the Salesforce ecosystem and focused on CPQ implementation projects in Norway, with both local and international teams. Using configuration capabilities and business analysis skills, she has been involved in implementing large scale, multi-cloud projects from beginning to go-live. 

Rachel has 8 Salesforce Certifications including CPQ Specialist and Advanced Administration, in addition to core platform and sales cloud.

Rachel is customer focused, ensuring the customer requirements and end user experience remain clearly visible during architectural and functional decisions. She has worked in roles as an outreach accountant, as a connection between Finance and other business departments, and ensuring accurate translations between the two.
